Hello, I Never Took A Pregnancy Test Yet And I

Hello, I never took a pregnancy test yet and I think I am pregnant.... but if I am... I started to bleed one night a tiny bit and tonight it started to be heavier but no blood clots or anything that I assume.... I really need to know and I have headaches here and there and when I pee it kinda hurts my bladder area... and right now the center of my stomach hurts and it feels like I am going to throw up. I should be about 5-6 week pregnant.
