Hello. I Notice When I Use The Bathroom And Wipe,

Hello. I notice when I use the bathroom and wipe, there is blood on the toilet paper. I feel around and feel a lump on my right upper bottocks (I think its near the anus not sure) I don't know what it could be. I tried looking it up. And all the answers I got were possibly Ingrown hair, or a cyst. What could it be.?
