Hello... I Notice When My Baby Was Six Months Old

Hello... I notice when my baby was six months old she had a small white vertical line on her arm and then after a few weeks it somewhat disappear but still noticeable what could that be??? Now she has another one on the same arm but a little higher...

She does have eczema...
