Hello, I Noticed An Ovalish Lesion On My Left Leg

Hello,
I noticed an ovalish lesion on my left leg below my calf but above my ankle over a week ago when I was stretching at the gym. It isn't painful and doesn't itch. I put cortisone cream on it and there has been no change. I think it has even gotten a little larger. Also, a few days ago I notice the same type of lesion above my left eyebrow where I had a blemish that had healed and now is raised and red similar to the one on my lower leg. Any suggestions on what these lesions are? I am concerned because I have used several different topical ointments and homopathic remedies which are not helping
