Hello I Occasionally I Feel Like There Is A "string"

Hello I occasionally I feel like there is a "string" tied the the inside of my belly button and attached somewhere blow my belly button. When I stand up and extend my torso i feel a sharp almost tearing pain. I've had the symptoms for about 10 years now but only a handful times a year.
