Hello. I Occasionally Get Migraine Visual Disturbance But Without A

Hello. I occasionally get migraine visual disturbance but without a subsequent headache. Years ago, I used to get the headache, but for many years now, I get only the visual disturbance (jaggies, etc.), which clears up in about 30 minutes. Question: Is it known whether these events have anything to do with blood pressure excursions? Thanks...
