Hello I Often Get Bruising And Swelling Of The Tops

I often get bruising and swelling of the tops of my feet and hands. I also get some numbing in my toes and i to constantly trim the tips of my fingers and toes because the skin is dead. It comes and goes and i have not been able to figure out whats causing this. Anything you can tell me to steer me in the right direction would be much appreciated. Thanks a bunch!
