Hello, I Previously Had A Hysterectomy In 2013 And I

Hello, I previously had a hysterectomy in 2013 and I recently underwent a sonographic evaluation of the pelvic organs using grayscale and color Doppler imaging:
findings: uterus absent
right adnexa: ovary measures 3.9 x 2.1 x 2.3 cm. normal follicies
thin-walled anechoic tubular within the right adnexa likely represents mild hydrosalpinx
left adnexa: ovary measures 5.4 x 4.0 x 4.6 cm. an avascular thin-walled cyst with multiple lacelike septations is demonstrated within the left ovary measuring 4.5 x 3.4 x 3.8 cm, most in keeping with an evolving hemorrhagic cyst. cul-de-sac: no free fluid
impression: 1. complicated left ovarian cyst measuring up to 4.5 cm, most in keeping with an evolving hemorrhagic cyst.
2. suspect mild right-sided hydrosalpinx

What am I facing and what are my options?
