Hello. I recenlty pulled a muscle in my pack. Lower back right side.
I couldn't lay down at all without pain. Only in a sitting position was there relief. It's getting better and I can lay down and sleep. However now on the right side of my lower belly it is numb in one section about the size of the palm of your hand.
No pain there or anything. Just numb. Could this be a pinched nerve due to the pulled muscle?
