Hello, I Recently Began To Experience Chest Pain That Is

Hello, I recently began to experience chest pain that is tender to the touch. It is generally sore throughout the day and i can really feel it if i press down. This mainly occurs on my left side about an inch below my collarbone. I can also feel tenderness on my right almost right underneath my nipple. This has been present over the last week. During this time I have had a few hard sneezes and am in the second week of a light upper body workout routine.
