Hello, I Recently Discovered A Small Lump About 3 Inches

Hello, I recently discovered a small lump about 3 inches down from my collar bone, towards my left arm pit. Its rather small, i can move it around. Its not sore unless i mess with it too much. I have a very large angiomyopaloma on my left kidney, and had a partial hysterectomy when I was 29, which was also full of fibriod tumors. I am 41 now.
