Hello, I Recently Discovered That I Had The Strong Urge

Hello, I recently discovered that I had the strong urge or sensation of having to pee, but I don't actually have to. I used the bathroom, and a fair amount of urine was released, but the urge to pee was there. I also noticed a light pink substance that I thought was from the dye in my underwear, but when I further investigated, I found that it was actually blood. I had a pregnancy scare a week or so ago and took the morning after pill hours after, but my partner and I were intimate after, I've had a few, but not all symptoms of an early pregnancy. I don't think I'm late, but I could be by a few days, or due in a few days. Could it be implantation bleeding, or a UTI?
