Hello, I Recently Found A Little Bump On The Right

Hello, I recently found a little bump on the right side of my head just above my forehead, when I touch it there's a burning sensation, I do have scabs on my head just never thought anything of it till now. I am really worried that it is a tumor or possibly cancer.
