Hello, I Recently Found Out That I Have 20 Tiny

Hello, I recently found out that I have 20 tiny cysts on my left ovary and less than 20 on my right. I won't be able to see a gynochologist again until December but my doctor says they are all benign and that the comments after the ultrasound led her to believe they aren't from PCOS. Now looking over the results at home, I'm feeling pretty confused. What else could they be from?
