Hello, I Recently Got A Pap And Some Cultures Done

Hello, I recently got a pap and some cultures done about a week or two ago and my doctor said I was STD free. After my appointment though, a small almost cyst like bump appeared on my labia. It doesn't hurt at all unless pressure is applied and it doesn't look like anything should be popped or will inflame. It also doesn't hurt when I pee. I called and my nurse and she said it is most likely something else, such as an ingrown hair and to call if it gets nasty...but it does not look like it will. I haven't had sex since my appointment or anything as well. I'm scared it could be genital herpes or something like that because even though mine looks nothing like it, it can be different for everyone.
