I recently got a septoplasty and turbinate reduction and was wondering a few things. My doctor told me I had a deviated septum and it's congenital or I've gotten hit somewhere on my nose. I have done some cocain in the past but it was nearly 4 years ago and my sinus infections had recently gotten worse. Do you know if the deviation was from my nose being broken or congenital or did I do the damage myself? Does coke realign the nose?
