Hello, I Recently Got The Depo Provera Shot For The

Hello, I recently got the Depo Provera shot for the first time. I completed a pregnancy test in a clinic before getting the shot, and the test came back negative. Every day following the day I received the shot, I have had continual cramps in my pelvic area in the location of where I believe my ovaries are located. I have also missed my period. Should I be concerned?
