Hello, I Recently Had A CT Scan To See If

Hello, I recently had a CT scan to see if I had kidney stones because I am experiencing pain in the right side of my back and lower right abdominal area . The scan showed some enlargment of my liver. It measured 20 cm in craniocaudal dimensions . I think a woman's liver should measure about 7 cm. so what size is my liver at 20 cm? My Dr. Said it is slightly enlarged .
