Hello I Recently Had A Miscarriage. I Started Bleeding Tuesday

Hello I recently had a miscarriage. i started bleeding Tuesday morning , passing clots and what seemed to look like a small grey lookig sphere with red cells inside. i went to the ER on wed night and my hcg level has dropped drastically from 1818.5 to 500. I stopped bleeding completely yesterday night, but today i have small very light pink spotting here and there. is there possible remains left inside even though i miscarried at such a early time?
