Hello I Recently Had Breast Reduction Surgery On Aug 23rd

Hello I recently had breast reduction surgery on Aug 23rd and 2 weeks after one of my breast completely opened up so there's nothing but flesh showing. My doctor keeps insisting me just to put gauze on so with that it drys and sticks to flesh. I have done everything to remove the gauze but it's completely stuck. I need help on tips. Doctor tells me just to pull it but it's the most painful thing ever. It also has a rotten smell to it. I have taken oral antibiotics and had covering with antibiotics on it.
