Hello! I Recently Had Fat Removed From My Stomach And

Hello! I recently had fat removed from my stomach and injected into my cheeks. What I ended up with was a small lump on either side of my mouth. A different plastic surgeon suggested injecting the lumps with Kenalog. I don't know who to trust anymore. Can you help me?
