Hello, I Recently Have Been Experiencing A Burning Sensation In

Hello, I recently have been experiencing a burning sensation in my urethra when i pee ( started 2 nights ago). I was tested about 2 weeks ago and everything was negative. I am thinking a UTI perhaps? I also have a pilonidal cyst which I was prescribed Doxycycline 100mg. My understanding is this drugs main use is for UTI's and STI's.
