Hello! I Recently Just Had Intercourse With My Partner 2

Hello!

I recently just had intercourse with my partner 2 days ago and I'm on the pill for 2 months now. I am sure that the pill has been perfectly working for me since it was perscribed for me for my endometriosis.

Now, the day after, i was bleeding..as well as now (day 2 i still am.) I did a bit of research. Could this be just a normal Post coital bleeding? or could it be something else?

How long will the bleeding last? Because i can fill almost a whole pad since I bled (day 1)
