I recently learnt that the ingrown hair on my legs and arms is actually keratosis pillaris. I had this for a very long time even as a kid. They kind of looks ugly esp. the dark spots on my legs. Is there a permanent solution for this? I am using Xerina + Amylac ... the spots appear lighter but they get back to normal after I stop using the cream.
