Hello, I recently moved out to Richland, WA. About a week after I moved out I started to feel like I had wind burn on my face. I have constant rash around my nose and mouth. Redness on my eyelids. I itch. The only thing that helps is Aquafor. I have never had skin problems until I moved out here. I am wondering if it could be some kind of allergen.
