Hello I Recently Noticed A Bump On My Labia. It

Hello I recently noticed a bump on my labia. It has been there a while. I decided to try and pop it. I did and some smelly chunky white pus came out.I now have a lg open oval shaped bump. I can see and open wound. I've been using "dermal clean" every time I use the restroom. What is this bump....will it go away? Ty 4 ur time
