Hello, I Recently Noticed A Small Red Spot Develop In

Hello, I recently noticed a small red spot develop in my armpit. at first, that was the only symptom and went away after a couple of days. then it came back and had a very mild itch. it went away a second time. now it is back again. I don't have any change in soap or clothing in the past couple of years. I am not pregnant and I don't have any physical medical conditions. the only pills I take are supplements for my brain.
