Hello, I Recently Noticed On The Right Side Of The

Hello, I recently noticed on the right side of the outside labia some small red dots. There's not painful, but it's only on the right side. Also I noticed a small bump (painful) between my vagina and anus. It hurts all the way down to my leg. And moreat nights than in the mornings.
Any ideas?
