Hello, I recently started a mood stabiliser (sodium valproate) for managing bipolar II, coming out of a depression. It has subsided my depression symptoms but I am experience unpleasant aggitation and am unsure what to do, I do not have a psychiatrist appointment for two weeks. Can you suggest anything, I'm meant to be slowly increasing my dose but I'm worried it's only going to make this side effect worse.
