Hello I Recently Started Taking 40 Mlgs Of Vyvanse Daily

Hello I recently started taking 40 mlgs of Vyvanse daily for ADD, this is day five. On day three, I noticed my right index finger and pinky on my left hand turn purple when I get warm (like when I am washing dishes in hot water) my right hand appears unaffected; also my gums are bleeding, receeding, and I even developed an ulcer. Is this a lesser common side effect of the medication?
