Hello I Recently Went To The Er For Flu Like

Hello I recently went to the Er for flu like symptoms and a cough sore throat and having trouble breathing,I came back negative for strep and the flu.They ended up diagnosing me with accut bronchitis and Gave me Azithromycin 250 mg , nothing for a cough she diagnosed me as well with Had a anxiety disorder because I was in pain and cried also prescribed me clonazepam 1mg.Im not getting any better it's been 2days still running a little fever. What should I do?
