I recently went to the emergency room for what was diagnosed as atypical chest pain and panic attack. However, none of the physical symptoms have left. My chest burns in the center and on the sides. I'm dizzy all day long and get spells of numbness in my face and arms and I get short of breath. Is there anything fitting this description?
