Hello I Regret Taking Medical Abortion Pill I Was About

Hello I regret taking medical abortion pill I was about 6 weeks pregnant and I never saw my baby when i passed blood clots. It's been a little over a week and feel very hungry still a little nauseous but not as bad as before I took the medical a pill. I've even felt a kick. Am I still pregnant ? If so will my baby have birth defects? I regret so much doing this if my baby is alive I don't want to keep hurting it
