Hello, I Returned From A Trip From Thailand About A

Hello,

I returned from a trip from Thailand about a month ago and have had stomach upset ever since. I get extremely bloated only after eating with what I think feels like severe heart burn and gas that stays in my stomach and does not travel up my esophagus. The pain is mid abdomen, under my ribs and is worsened if my pants are high and tight, i.e. leggings. I ofter have to pull them down to have nothing pushing on my stomach. I am very uncomfortable for an hour or two before I can start belching. It is usually accompanied with nausea sometimes to the point I feel I will imminently vomit, but I haven't yet. I have mostly normal bowel movements, and have never had diarrhea associated with this. I often feel sick for upwards of 6 hours or more after this happens. It seems to happen often after I eat eggs, which I used to eat a lot of with no issues. It also happens after other meals with no eggs. Sometimes heartburn medications help, but often nothing does until I start passing gas. I am not pregnant, having normal periods and am on birth control. I have no allergies and always enjoyed eating healthy and a variety of foods. I don't often eat high fat or greasy foods. I do drink alcohol mostly red wine, but not more than 2-3 glasses max, maybe 1-2 a week. I have no vaginal or sexual complaints. I was recently seen by a doctor for a long standing issue of painful bowel movements and rectal bleeding/itching. I assumed I had hemorrhoids, he diagnosed me with anusittis. I take no other medications.

I am frustrated and looking for any advise as to how to move forward or feel better?
