Hello, I See Flashing Light Permamently. It Looks Like When

Hello, I see flashing light permamently. It looks like when old tv lost signal and it shows noise. I have had it since I can remember, which is at leas 10 y (I am 21yo man), no head trauma as far as I remember. It's not worsening. And I suppose my brain filters it most of the time. I am going to see a doctor in a few months, but I am scared. Could you suggest what are the possibilities for my condition? Thank you.
