Hello I Smoke Out Of A Vuse Vape Or Ecig

Hello I smoke out of a vuse vape or ecig and i noticed one day that I had a white looking sore on under my toungue and it didn't hurt or cause any sort of pain unless I put canker medicine on it as did all canker sores that I have had in the past. But this is the first place I've had one under my toungue and it went away but I noticed that it is swelled just a little bit but not too bad and today I noticed a zit like bump beside where the sore was before and I don't have any other cancer related symptoms like sore throat and the feeling of a not in my throat or pain in the teeth or jaw and anything of that sort. Could it be that I need to brush my teeth more or what? Please help me. I am also guessing that I should stop smoking the ecig as well. Please is there anything I can do I really don't want to have to go to the doctor and find out bad news. I also don't have any other sites located anywhere else in my mouth. Please help me get better.
