Hello, I started an exercise Boot Camp program and was doing various workouts. It's been 25 years since I had my child. I have had bleeding after 2 weeks of doing exercises. I made a Dr. appointment and she told me it was from my episiotomy and the scar tissue was bleeding due to dryness. I have been given hormonal cream but the bleeding continues. What causes this and where exactly is the scar tissue at inside the vagina? I asked my Dr. and she just said from dryness, menopause? I am not sexually active at this time either and she said if I do it may be painful! Dang, not something I'm looking forward to!! Is there surgery in my future to correct this??
