Hello, I Started Having Low Back Pain But Above My

Hello, I started having low back pain but above my pelvis yesterday, on both sides of my spine. I'm having a hard time getting out of bed, standing, bending or twisting. It is above my last back fusion on L5-S1 and have had recent right hip surgery. I cannot get into my vehicle to drive but was able to yesterday morning. I do not have a fever, my heart rate is 124/80, and my blood sugar this a.m. was 82.
