Hello, I Started Off By Having Anal Chlamydia And Finished

Hello, I started off by having anal chlamydia and finished the antibiotics for it. Prior to finishing; the symptoms traveled to my penis and i have had painful urination ever since also itching of the penis head. I finished a second dosage of antibiotics also got tested for urinary tract infection and the symptoms haven't cleared. What could this be? I also haven't been sexually active for over a month.
