Hello, I started phentermine on Tuesday January24 and I'm on birth control and use spermacated condoms. I noticed brown discharge on Sunday 29 and still have it. Its not a lot but not a little just when I wipe after going to the bathroom. I'm not supost to start my period till the 2 of febuary. Is this phentermine effects or something els?
