Hello I Stubbed My Toe On My Bed A Week

Hello I stubbed my toe on my bed a week ago and it has since been leaking clear yellowish fluid. Now its more clear but there is now blisters on my big toe and they are leaking more clear fluid but are spreading around my big toe. They are leaking in my shoes even with a bandaid over them, and keep refilling full of liquid. I'm soaking it day and night with Detonal antiseptic and epsoum salts also putting polysporaine on it and keep it cover in the day and uncovered at night. what should I do and what is wrong with me?? PLEASE!
