Hello , I Suffer From Extreme Anxiety And Panic Disorder

I suffer from extreme anxiety and panic disorder so this is such a difficult time for me. I ended a 4 year faithful relationship and messed up. I slept with 2 guys unproctected 3 times In August 2015. They have been around and I do not trust them. I started feeling extreme muscle aches and rib cage pain 2 weeks after the comes and goes. I then developed swollen lymph nodes behind my left ear and under my chin on the right side that don't hurt anymore but are still inflamed. No fever or sore throat. I have a few sores in my mouth also. After 10 weeks I went to get std testing and tested positive for gnorreah and chlamydia. Im scared to death I might have HIV even though it came back negative I know it can take up to 6 months. I feel extreme fatigue, no appetite and lost weight. I get pain in my neck, back and ribs that comes and goes. My lymph nodes are still swollen and I can't handle my aniexty. I cry all the time and I just need peace of mind but can't wait feeling like this. Please give me any info you can and if my risk for HIV is high. Thank you.
