Hello. I Suffer From Severe And Chronic Pain And Fatigue

Hello. I suffer from severe and chronic pain and fatigue syndrome as well as Fibromyalgia. I have many more pain conditions as well.
I'm wondering, what is available in the form of a pain patch that has proven to be successful with all over body pain?
I've tried the lidoderm patch in the past, but received no relief.
