Hello, I Suffer With Period Pain And Back Pain Both

Hello, I suffer with period pain and back pain both have been investigated so this is not my concern. What worries me is my excessive hot water bottles every day and very hot heating blanket when on my period. The water bottle does burn my skin and leave marks but this is not my worry due to my pain, I'm worried about what it may do to my Insides. Can this cause long term problems?
