Hello. I Take 3x20mg Prozac And 54mg Concerta Everyday. I

Hello. I take 3x20mg prozac and 54mg concerta everyday. I started taking Yasmin 2 weeks ago, on the first day of my period. I have brown spotting since my period ended, i know that's normal. I am worried now--because, i had some foreplay today--and i had vaginal discharge. When i went to the bathroom, i saw a lot of blood. When i looked closer, i realised it was vaginal discharge mixed with some blood. Should i be worried? Is it normal? Could prozac or concerta cause that when being taken with bc pills? If i have sexual intercourse, will i have bleeding? I hope that pill doesnt hurt the walls inside my vagina or something.
