Hello. I Take Benicar 40/25 For Blood Pressure. I Am

Hello. I take Benicar 40/25 for blood pressure. I am also a diabetic. Yesterday my blood pressure dropped big time. Lately the norm has been 130/80. I was out fishing, felt bad and several hours made it home. I thought my sugars were low and took those precautions before arriving home. Took BP when I got home and it was 102/62 around 1330 hrs. At 1900 hrs. BP was 113/68 and I felt fine. I thought maybe I took two BP pills and that caused the decrease in pressure. This morning I check it, and all day today have checked it and it has been 115/68 or there abouts all day. Sugars have been high so I rode my bike and dropped it from over 200 to 115. I DID NOT take my BP pill today. Concerned now that maybe I didn't take two on Friday and will have the same reaction Sunday as I did Friday if I take the BP pill tomorrow morning. Going to see my Dr. Monday. Is it safe to pass on the pill until I see her? I can keep checking BP all day if need be.
