Hello I take pivasta 2mg tablet daily once after dinner for last three months
Three months before i checked my blood test lipid profile test results total cholesterol 320 so first one week doctor recommend lipikind f tablet after one week I tested my blood total cholesterol 188 and all cholesterol reduce
Thereafter doctor recommend daily you take pivasta i followed that
My age 34 my weight 89.8 kg ht 5'11"
Last three months i used olive oil and double refined oil
I reduced eating sweets and mutton ( lamp )
