Hello I Tested Positive For Chlamydia But My Therapist Told

Hello I tested positive for Chlamydia but my therapist told me that there is no need to treat it as long as it is in small amount or something like that and I don' have severe form of it.

But the thing is that I habe Chronic allergic conjunctivitis I have never had it before and I am afraid that Chlamydia causes it. What can I do?
