Hello, I Think I Have Endometriosis! I've Now Had Two

Hello, I think I have endometriosis! I've now had two early miscarriages.. since looking it up and reading about it, all the symptoms match! I've also looked at pelvic inflammatory disease,fibriods.. and many more but nothing else "fits" the signs and symptoms. I've been to see a gynecologist but he only asked two questions, where is the pain, and when does the pain occur most! And was sure it wasn't endometriosis, so he wasn't going to test me for that. Please could you help me in what's best to do?
