I think I might have stress fractured my ribs from coughing. I have had bronchitis for a while and have had a very deep cough. A couple nights ago I was coughing and I heard a pop. Afterwards it hurts every time I breath in right in that spot and is tender to the touch. Is that possible. If so, what do I do,.
